Quality Engineer

Responsible for all aspects of quality management projects and tools that support and improve customer quality and service, plus the company-wide PragmatIC Quality System. Act as an advocate and liaison for customers, and to facilitate continuous improvement initiatives, qualification approvals etc.

Laser Process Development Engineer

Lead projects to develop, and optimise, laser and other photonic processes to be used in the post-fabrication processing of flexible integrated circuits on polymer films. Liaise with equipment manufacturers to develop concepts, specify tools, review during build, and carry out acceptance testing. Deliver operational and maintenance procedures, provide operational training and process support to the manufacturing team.

RF Applications Engineer

Support RFID and NFC product development and application trials of PragmatIC’s novel technology. The role encompasses support for internal product development and feasibility trials as well as external customer technical support throughout the supply chain.

Process Engineer

Provide process support and failure analysis to PragmatIC’s Flexible Integrated Circuit production line. Activities will include process audits, root cause analyses and the development and implementation of critical process controls and inspections. PragmatIC’s production facility is undergoing a significant expansion and this role will be pivotal in that growth.

Process Engineer - Integration

Reporting to the Integration Manager, the Integration Process Engineer is responsible for assisting development and implementation of the Integration functions for the Company. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the development, engineering and administration of laboratory and pilot equipment and processes to meet the requirement for high volume, high speed integration of flexible electronic components into circuits.
